Sinful Chocolate Fudge
This is
clearly not for the faint of heart. Unashamed indulgence & wallowing deep
into chocolaty heaven, sin never tasted so good. The good thing again is, since
it is super easy to make, you can whip up a batch over the weekend or even
during the week if you get home from work early & then spend the next few
days nibbling away to your heart’s desire. Also the fact that it’s made at
home, makes it far more healthy for your family’s consumption…well…at any rate,
that our story & we’re sticking to it ;)
Ingredients:
- 50 gm unsalted butter
- 375 gm bitter chocolate
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Method
Put
butter, chocolate & condensed milk in a bowl & microwave for 3 minutes.
Mix in well. Line a baking dish with butter paper & pour mixture into dish
& even out with a wide spatula. When cooled completely, refrigerate for 1
or 2 hours till set. Cut into squares & store in fridge.
Mommy’s Tip:
You can
add the following garnishes to enhance your fudge…although it tastes absolutely
perfect just as it is:-
- Choco chips
- Dust icing sugar
- Rainbow colored sprinkles
- Shredded pistachios or
- Flaked almonds.
